Day of Show
Thank you for your interest in the 25th Annual Quiet Adventures Symposium. I wanted to address a few important “housekeeping” items with you.
SETUPExhibitors are encouraged to set up on Friday, February 28, 2020, between 12:00 noon and 7:00 PM. Saturday, morning set-up is also available from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. If you chose to set up on Saturday, please be courteous and unload your vehicle quickly, park it in the exhibitor parking lot and then complete your booth set up. No vehicles will be allowed on the floor after 8:30 AM.
Exhibitors are requested to enter on the east side of the Pavilion off Farm Lane. There are three overhead doors on the east side of the Pavilion. Please enter through the one that is farthest to the south (there will be signs). Just inside the large overhead door, you will find the Exhibitor Check-in Station. There you will be directed to your exhibit location. You will be assisted in either driving to or carrying your exhibit and materials to the proper location. Please be courteous to others by not blocking the aisles longer than necessary and by minimizing your trips in and out.
PARKINGParking for exhibitors will be available east of the arena in the lot just across Farm Lane. Please use this lot for all of your vehicles. The guest parking lots on the north, west and south sides of the pavilion often fill up early. There will also be a shuttle vehicle on Saturday from the Pavilion to the commuter lot on the northwest corner of Farm Lane and Mt. Hope.
After 9:00 AM on Saturday the east and south side entries of the exhibit hall will be closed and all entry must be made through the north or front doors of the Pavilion. BOOTH STAFFPlease remember each exhibit booth is allowed up to a total of four (4) free admissions for pre-registered booth workers. Additional staffers will need to enter and pay the regular admission price unless previous arrangements have been made. If your pre-registered staff members arrive late, they should check in at the “Volunteer Check-in” table in the front lobby. There will be no entry without a badge.
In the Pavilion lobby, the MSU Concession will be open until 4:30 PM the day of the show. If you wish to bring your own personal drinks and food, please feel free to do so but keep them in your booth area.
RESTROOMSRestrooms are located in the exhibit hall exit ramp on the north side of the exhibit hall and also in the northeast corner of the exhibit hall area.
SEMINARSExhibitors are welcome to attend any of the seminars or demonstrations.
TEAR DOWNThe symposium runs until 5:30 PM on Saturday. We ask that you respect our guests and remain at your booth until this time. The safety of our guests and participants preclude us from allowing vehicles onto the show floor until after this time. If there is a need to leave before 5:30 PM, please contact the show staff and they will attempt to assist you.
