Until February 1, 2017, the fee for a 10X10 ft. exhibit space is $100.00 for exhibitors who represent a for profit business. After February 1, the cost per space will increase to $125.00. Subject to availability, exhibitors may purchase multiple spaces.
One or two 2X8 ft. table will be provided for each registered exhibitor. Commercial exhibitors may request an additional table at no charge. Additional tables may be requested at al fee of $20.00 per table paid in advance. In addition, two (2) folding chairs will be provided for each exhibitor.
Non-commercial exhibitors such as non-profits engaged in educational activities or those not actively offering products for sale may register for one exhibit space at no charge.
Additional spaces can be requested in either of two ways. You can select Priority Request and your request will be approved if the space is available on the day of the request. The cost of an exhibit space obtained by a non-commercial exhibitor by Priority Request is $50.00. You can also request a space by selecting Pending Request. Your request will be approved only if the space is still available after final space assignments are made by the Exhibit Manager on Feb. 1. The cost of an exhibit space obtained by a non-commercial exhibitor by Pending Request is no charge but there is a risk that the space will have gone to someone else. In 2016, all spaces were assigned on Feb. 1 and none would have been available to fill Pending Requests.
