2017 Quiet Water Symposium

Notice - Quiet Water Exhibit Floor Sold out!

The exhibition floor for the Quiet Water Symposium is 100% reserved for the 154 exhibitors who have registered to date. All new registration requests will go to a waiting list. Those will be able to exhibit at the event only if there is a cancellation by another organization. Looks like another great year with lots of reasons to set a new attendance record!

Don’t miss the Quiet Water Symposium! It promises to be bigger and better than ever as we bring you the best in outdoor gear, demonstrations, exhibits and the best speakers found anywhere. Register today if you wish to exhibit to an audience that may again exceed 2,000 outdoor enthusiasts.

Exhibitor set up times
- Friday March 3rd from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Exhibitors are encouraged to set up on Friday night. It is easier to get vehicles into the building for unloading when they do not all arrive at the same time. It gives the floor time to dry and the building time to warm back up. It also gives you time to address any problems with your display before the show starts.
- Saturday, March 4th from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. All vehicles must be out of the building by 8:30 am.

February 1, 2017 - Early registration ends. This is the last date for Commercial Exhibitors to register at $100 per space. Booth locations for all registered exhibitors are finalized based on information supplied in the registration form.
February 2, 2017 - Late registration begins. Cost per space is $125 for late registration. Booth location is based solely on availability. There is no guarantee that a returning exhibitor who registers late will be assigned the same booth space as in the previous year.
February 3, 2017 - Exhibits registered after this date will not be listed in the printed QWS program booklet. Miss this date and your exhibit will only be listed on the QWS website.
February 17, 2017 - Our order to our vendor for tables will be fixed as of this date. It is unlikely that tables and/or chairs will be available to those who register after this date.
March 2, 2017 at 5:00 pm - registration closes, no exceptions.
March 4, 2017 at 8:30 am - All vehicles used to transport exhibits and supplies must exit the Pavilion before the show starts.

Electrical outlets are available on each pillar in the Pavilion. Please let us know if your exhibit will require electricity.

Please provide the names of people who will be with your exhibit. Name tags will be provided for those listed. We limit this to six (6) in your group.

Tables are normally 2' X 8'. We will provide one (1) table per exhibitor. Commercial exhibitors may request up to two (2) tables. Beyond this a rental fee of $20.00 per table, paid in advance, will be required. Two (2) chairs will also be provided for each exhibitor.

The fine print:
Exhibitor shall provide adequate personnel. Exhibitor shall be responsible for setup/removal of all equipment by deadlines. Exhibitor is responsible for neat, safe, and orderly operations of exhibition space at all times. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the QWS for any and all damage resulting from Exhibitor’s use of the exhibition space. Exhibitor must comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of any lawful authority, agency, or government unit, which apply to vending or exhibiting activities. QWS assumes no liability for products or equipment used or left unattended in the Exhibit area during or after exhibition hours. No refunds will be made for cancelation or failure to appear. No refunds due to weather. Submission of the application indicates understanding and agreement with these terms.
